What To Expect During Your Class:
Group Fitness is a great way for you to hang out with your friends and get a high energy, high intensity, full body circuit training workout. You’ll get upper body, lower body, core work… and a little cardio sprinkled in as a bonus!
These are specially designed 45-minute workouts which involves a brief, yet powerful storm of exercises that cause a certain level of disturbance in both the muscles and the cardiovascular system. The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.
